This photo of two 60-pound salmon caught with rod & line at Campbell River on the north end of Vancouver Island became a feature photo in early-century British Columbia promotional material. Angler Richard Pocock, avid fisherman and huntsman, later became Sports Editor and Photographer for the Victoria Daily Times.
